Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final! Make sure to validate the sizing and color of the products and that the shipping address and billing address are accurate before purchasing. No returns or exchanges will be made unless a mistake is made on our part. If you received the wrong item or if it arrived damaged, refer to the section below.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, make sure to contact billsareduevisuals@gmail.com within 30 days. We will see what we can do depending on your item's condition but cannot guarantee anything if the damage was caused by someone or something outside of our control (eg. your carrier). If your package was damaged in transit or lost by your shipping carrier, make sure to contact them as this is out of our control. If the damage is found to have been a mistake on our part or if we sent the wrong item, we will send you a new product, refund the cost of your order, or provide store credit depending on the situation.
